Our latest range of wireless communication gateways come with Dual 4G SIM capability as standard. Providing a reliable and simplistic standalone solution in place of conventional analog or digital phone lines.
Our dual SIM, four line wireless communication gateway provides true redundancy with connectivity to two separate 4G networks simultaneously. With its intelligent built in 4 x line FXS (foreign eXchange Subscriber) interface adaptors.
Up to four separate lifts can be connected to the single gateway with smart auto call queueing functions and allowing up to two simultaneous calls to be made at the same time, whilst playing an on-hold voice message to the remaining two lift in queue.

The EM-4GE2/4L is configured with Dual Wireless Mobile Network Cards. Each SIM Card must be provided by two separate network service carriers. This ensures that if one network is down the secondary SIM Card will operate in its place.
The priority for which network carrier you wish to utilise can be set by the user. If the system detects a network failure the secondary SIM Card will be selected to ensure a connection to the help line is attained.
The PTE-4G is the card that connects the system to the 4G Network, in this cabinet there are two SIM Cards used to back up the network carrier from one provider to another – Telstra – Optus – Vodafone.
The PTE-FXS (Foreign eXchange Subscriber) interface card is the port that delivers the analogue line to the auto dialling telephone. In other words it is the “plug on the wall” that delivers a dial tone, battery current and ring voltage.
